I have designed and constructed many html/css website over the last 10 years.  I do not work from templates because all of my websites are custom designs built to client specifications.  Since my background is design based I tend to place a lot of emphasis on good design and visitor usability.  How many time have you gone to a website and asked "Now what do I do"?  A given website must be designed and built form the visitor's perspective.  If you are interested in having a website constructed please contact me.
